I'm sitting here, at my kitchen table drinking my (late evening turned) early morning tea.
When you feel as though flocks of birds are aimlessly fluttering about in your mind, it's best to stop rolling around and make some tea.
You know that knot in your stomach you feel when you're nervous, anxious or just excited? Make yourself some anise (seed) tea. It helps to calm your senses and twisted stomach. This tip is something I learned from my gentleman friend, Elie...actually I learned from his mother. She used to make anise tea for him when he had tummy aches as a child. Mothers always know best!
Ahh...Que Sera Sera!
Ever wondering...what lies ahead? Let me rephrase that...are you just on pins and needles to know what lies ahead? Needing to know exactly what will happen next year or 5 years from now? Reading every horoscope you can get your hands on? Reading into every sign? A dream?
*sigh. Whatever will be, will be.
Just as Paulo Coelho wrote in, The Alchemist, 'when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achive it.' This couldn't be more true. But of course a little elbow grease is needed!
