We all know what happens when you eat salty foods before bed...you wake up feeling bloated and puffy. The worst is when you can't even recognize yourself in the mirror! The best way to help deflate yourself is to make yourself a nice cup of green tea! You can help reduce bloating by simply drinking the tea, but also by applying the tea bags over your eyes. This helps to reduce the puffiness. I always like to put the used tea bags in plastic bags and keep them in the fridge for 30 minutes, so its nice and cool when I place them over my eyes, keep them on for about 10-15 minutes. This tea bag eye mask is very calming and soothing...it's also a great opportunity to take a nice power nap!
