Let's be honest, Christmas hasn't officially started until you've had a case of clementines all to yourself! ...waxy and orangey finger nails and all!
Half way through the case, while taking in the fresh citrus scent, I felt a great sense of nostalgia...all the day's stress just melted away. I looked over at the mountain of peels I had created in a matter of minutes and thought this would be great for a nice aromatic bath soak!
In deed it was! Here's how I made it:
8-9 clementines peels
3/4 cup of honey
1/2 cup of sea salt
3 stems of rosemary
4-5 coffee filters
a ball of yarn/string
a pair of sissors
I ripped the large peels to smaller pieces, added honey, sea salt, olive oil and 3 stems of rosemary (cut into small pieces) - just like a salad, toss them until they are mixed well. Open up the coffee filter and about a spoon full of the mix, twist the top and tie it up with string! You'll end up with about 4-5 bags. Fill your tub up with warm water, when the tub is about 1/3 full drop in your Clementine Bath Teabags and let infuse for 5 min. and just sit back, relax and...
The powerful astringent qualities of the clementine peel and rosemary work together to effectively clean your skin and help to reduce blotchiness and body acne. Orange peel's antioxidant and high vitamin C content help promote a healthy, glowing complexion, while rosemary, sea salt and honey help detoxify and soften the skin. The scent alone will do you wonders!!
Enjoy!

These are a great idea! Good way to reuse and recycle!
