Have you been hearing people rave about how good kale chips are? Well, they're absolutely right...they are so good you forget that they are healthy ;)
Here's how you make kale chips:
What you'll need:
2 bunches of kale
olive oil
sea salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- Take ripped/cut kale and place in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil and add sea salt to taste.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp but not charred.
*Wash all of the kale leaves, dry each one, and cut out (or rip by hand) the ribs from each leaf.
